Welcome to the SQ1 District Access Club, an exclusive perks program for residents of Dialogue- brought to you by Oxford Properties Group. As a member, you’ll enjoy curated benefits including special offers, event invitations, and seasonal promotions from participating Square One Shopping Centre retailers.

Eligibility:

The program is open to current residents of Dialogue who are 18 years old or older with an active lease agreement.

How it works:

If you enroll in the program, you will receive a membership card. Program offers are available online at ShopSquareOne.com. To stay updated on offers and privileges, you will receive a monthly SQ1 District Access Club email that will provide you with the latest news on insider perks, shopping discounts, and event invites. Offers may change monthly and are subject to availability.

Important details:

• Benefits are available only until the expiry date printed on the membership card.
• Access Club benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly specified by the participating retailer in writing.
• Retailer offers are subject to availability, and while quantities last.
• Oxford assumes no liability or responsibility for products, services, or promotions offered by participating retailers, and makes no warranties or representations regarding such offerings.
• Opting out of email communications will not impact your ability to receive perks.
• Oxford Properties may suspend any membership at any time for violation of these terms or if the cardholder is ineligible for membership.
• Oxford reserves the right to modify the program terms, end the program entirely, or replace it with a different program at any time without notice.
• Oxford Properties may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Participation in the SQ1 District Access Club is entirely voluntary and does not establish any contractual rights or obligations other than those expressly outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
